Rocket TechnologyWe Kill Friction

We kill friction.

Our kill chain is your phased acceleration to delivery success

Faster, better, cheaper, and smarter all at once has been impossible. We cracked that. Program delivery at twice the speed, proven globally, for military and commercial programs alike.

The problem

Friction is the thing actually eating your schedule.

Not the engineering. The handoffs, the reconciliations, the change board, the classification split, the requirement nobody can trace to a test. Every program leader knows where it lives and almost none of them have a mechanism to remove it.

Big bang projects that take years.

RFP cycles that outlive the requirement.

Do it yourself platforms nobody adopts.

Just in time, on demand products instead. US COTS platforms and AI models, ready now, customizable to your use case.

The method

A kill chain for delivery friction.

Six phases, run in order, the same way you would prosecute any other target. Each phase has an exit criterion, so you always know whether it worked.

01

Find

Locate where the schedule actually leaks. Usually not where the status deck says it does.

02

Fix

Baseline it. Requirements, architecture, and data made traceable and authoritative.

03

Track

Instrument it. A live digital thread across requirements, model, change, and test.

04

Target

Prioritize with data driven trade-offs rather than the loudest voice in the room.

05

Engage

Deliver. COTS platforms and pre trained AI models customized to the use case.

06

Assess

Measure and report. POAMs and reports inside twenty four hours, not next quarter.

2XProgram delivery speed
10XChange management speed
3XData accuracy at the desk
85%Lower cost per delivery

How the firm is organized

Two domains. Two capabilities.

Every engagement sits at one of the four squares below. It keeps our teams deep rather than broad, and it tells you in one sentence what you are buying.

Engineering and innovation
Software and AI
Defense and space

Mission systems engineering

  • MBSE and MOSA architecture for delivery acceptance, using UAF, SysML, and DoDAF
  • Interoperability across unlike systems, with NASA and DoW ICD ownership
  • C-UAS and UxG system design, integration, and the training programs behind them
  • Space systems, satellite servicing, and on orbit operations

Governed AI for the mission

  • AI enablement, infrastructure, and integration, in the organization and in the product
  • AI model training and development on your data
  • Preventive and optimized asset management and enterprise maintenance
  • Classified and unclassified handling, model governance, and audit trail
Mid and large commercial

Private research lab

  • Independent studies of contractor and vendor technology, with no resale interest
  • New capability invented for you, with intellectual property you own
  • Internal product evaluation and technical due diligence
  • Speed to market program integration, idea through production

AI for optimization and efficiency

  • Decision optimization and data driven trade-offs at the desk and in the field
  • On premises AI stack appliances on Red Hat OpenShift
  • Hybrid AI ecosystem, reducing hyperscaler dependency
  • Software development and open source assurance
Founder heritage

From intercept, to orbit, to the lunar surface.

Rocket Technology was founded by Linken Parikh. The firm carries his technical lineage straight into client work, which is why our defense and space engagements start further along than a small business engagement normally would.

Intercept

Missile defense and intercept systems architecture, carried today into a prime position on the MDA Golden Dome IDIQ.

On orbit

NASA Goddard programs including Hubble and on orbit servicing, plus satellite servicing concepts for both crewed and robotic missions.

Missions and systems

Small payloads work at NASA GSFC Code 600. Mission systems, ground systems, and operations concept design as one integrated model.

Lunar surface

A white paper on robotics for the lunar surface and the habitation and colony systems that follow it, accepted into the appendix of the Presidential commission on the future of space, chaired by Vice President Dan Quayle.

Programs are so disjointed. This approach is so significant that I wish I had it for my fighter programs. Every program should have it.

The private research lab

An outside laboratory, and an honest second opinion.

Two things large commercial firms cannot easily buy: an objective read on technology someone is selling them, and a new capability without standing up a permanent research organization. We do both.

Objectivity

Independent studies

We evaluate contractor, vendor, and internal technology and deliver written findings and recommendations. We are not reselling the thing we are evaluating, and we put that in writing before the engagement starts.

Invention

New capability on retainer

We work as an outside lab across materials, industrial process, sensing, autonomy, and software for major industrial and chemical firms. The intellectual property that results belongs to you.

Execution

Speed to market

Innovation fails at integration far more often than at invention. We act as the general contractor across your teams, vendors, and technologies so promising work reaches production instead of stalling in a pilot.

watsonx and on premises AI

Grow AI capacity without growing the data center.

AI workloads are growing faster than facility capacity can be added, and steady state inference at metered cloud rates is now a visible line on the income statement. At the same time, sovereignty and controlled unclassified information rules are pushing data back inside the boundary.

We deliver a self contained AI stack appliance built on Red Hat OpenShift with GPU acceleration, a governed watsonx layer, and a control plane spanning the appliance, your existing estate, and whatever cloud you keep. Predictable and sensitive workloads run on hardware you control. Burst workloads stay in the cloud. No single provider holds your roadmap.

watsonx services and hosting

Licensing, architecture, deployment, model development, and governance. We can host and operate the whole thing under a fixed monthly arrangement so you do not staff a platform team.

The appliance

OpenShift, GPU acceleration sized to the workload, and a governed AI layer. It arrives as a rack, installed and supported. No facility expansion program, no new power study.

The exit path

One control plane across appliance, existing estate, and cloud. Leaving a single hyperscaler stops being a slide and becomes a schedule.
