The company
Engineers who have done the work
Rocket Technology, Inc. is a certified small business at the Central Florida Research Park in Orlando. We are former NASA, Department of Defense, IBM, and Fortune 50 engineers.
We were founded on a simple observation. The organizations that need engineering rigor the most, defense programs and space missions, move too slowly to keep pace with the threat. The organizations that move fastest, commercial product companies, lack the systems discipline to make their innovation stick. We carry both, and we apply each one to the other.
They take an idea and turn it into a solution at a fraction of the time and cost.
Program Manager, United States Navy
Founder heritage
Intercept, orbit, and the lunar surface.
Rocket Technology was founded by Linken Parikh. The firm carries his technical lineage directly into client work, which is why our defense and space engagements start further along than a typical small business engagement would.

How to engage us
We do not open with a multi year proposal. We open with the smallest piece of work that lets you judge whether we are right for the program.
| Entry point | Typical duration | What you receive | Why clients start here |
|---|---|---|---|
| The study | Four to twelve weeks | Research, analysis, and a final report with recommendations | Lowest risk way to test our judgment on a real problem |
| The prototype | Six to sixteen weeks | Design, configuration, customization, training, and a working pilot | Puts something in front of your engineers instead of a slide |
| The experts | Ongoing | Senior technical staff, analysts, and subject matter experts embedded in your team | Fills a specific capability gap without a hiring cycle |
| The platform | Three to nine months | Licenses, deployment, hosting, adoption program, and support | When the decision is made and the need is execution |
Adoption is the part most firms skip
A platform the workforce does not use is a write off, and it is the most common failure we are called in to repair. We run a structured adoption program alongside every platform engagement covering role based training, workflow redesign, change management, incentive alignment, and measured usage. We treat adoption as a deliverable with acceptance criteria, not as a training class at the end.

Pentagon leadership, combatant commands and program executive offices, program and engineering managers, innovation and other transaction authority managers, prime contractor executives and engagement directors, and the chief executive, chief operating, and chief technology officers of mid and large commercial firms.
Start with the smallest piece of work that proves us out.
A fixed price study, a working prototype, or one embedded expert. We scope the first step so the deliverable is useful even if you never hire us again.
We will bring an engineer, not a salesperson.
